Citadel® Continues Global Infiltration!
At 'press time' we are putting the final touches on the next CD, due out in mid '07.  We're also finding out that the partnership with CDBaby.com is turning out to be a fantastic step for us.  As many of you know, we've been having fun posting videos on YouTube and MySpace (Note: sorry we lost all our 'plays' when we switched to an Artist's account, oh well...you all will just have to watch and listen again!)   It started as a pastime between dog walks, restoring famous motion pictures, jamming and laying down tracks here at home - but now it seems we're getting more mailed-in orders for the DVD's!  So, we're hunting through each and every niche, nook, cranny and nib of frames, tape, film, tracks, vinyl and discs to post as much music, lyrics, art, photos and videos as we can.  Just keep checking here for the updated lowdown, or go ahead and try out your favorite search engine, type in 'Citadel' and 'music', or, 'Citadelsongs', or better yet 'citadel' and 'whitman', or 'citadel' and 'progfest' - if you have a little time on your hands, we'd appreciate a report back from you on how everything clicks through, plays, sounds or doesn't, drop us at line at citadel_1@msn.com and we'll get right to it!

Now that our baby, animejaz, is in college (you get 'em girl!!!), we're back to planning a mini-jaunt through some clubs and festivities for mid-season next year.  If you want an email update from us, let us know your address (we don't sell or share them) and we'll let you know as soon as we're down the street from your house - but you'll probably be able to hear us by the time we're that close by!!!

Citadel® Lives On Through The Web!
Citadel® started as a band in the late seventies with "Silence of Surrender" on the first QFM Hometown Album & live Agora simul-cast in Columbus, Ohio. In 1990, their debut CD, "The Citadel of Cynosure & Other Tales" was chosen as "Best of KLOS Local Licks" in Los Angeles.

Shows from Ohio to California included The Agora (Newport), Legend Valley, Troubadour, Roxy and many more. This self-produced band also originated and co-produced the first ProgFest at UCLA's Royce Hall - this event changed the face of progressive music and spawned countless similar festivals across the globe.

Over the years, a variety of intergalactic sources have been established for accessing the multimedia material of the Sci-Fi-Fantasy Rock Band, Citadel®, which was founded by Whitman & Hutchison. From shows across the US to co-founding Progfest, Citadel® is still releasing music and going strong, even though many names and faces have changed over the years...
